  • Mondial Relay (2 to 3 business days): €1.90

  • Colissimo (2 to 3 business days): €3.90

  • Standard Shipping (7 to 10 business days): €5.90


1. Product Availability

Our inventory is regularly updated. However, occasionally, there may be discrepancies leading to the out-of-stock status of certain items. If this happens, we offer the option of a delayed shipment or provide you with a voucher for future purchases.


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and paid during checkout. We base these fees on various factors, including the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

4. Shipping Conditions

For international orders, delivery may take 7 to 15 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen and product availability.

Shipping Timeframe

Once payment is made, we reserve up to 2 business days to process your order. During this time, you may change the delivery address, product model, or size within 24 hours.

Shipments are made from our storage facilities during business hours (Monday to Friday), except for national public holidays.

After payment, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that "shipping" refers to the dispatch of your order, while "delivery" refers to the transport of your order to the designated address.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 1-2 weeks. This includes 2 days for order processing, 1-3 days for shipment, and up to 1 week for delivery. While unlikely, if delivery extends beyond this timeframe, WESTAFF-BIJOUTERIE® will fully refund your order.


5. Shipping Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your package with real-time updates from the carrier.


6. Damaged Packages in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please reject the delivery and contact our customer service immediately. If the delivery was made in your absence, please contact us at contact@westaff-bijouterie.com.


7. Customs Duties and Taxes

Sales Tax

As stated on WESTAFF-BIJOUTERIE®, sales tax is included in the product price at checkout.

Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes are specific to each destination country. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with any potential fees before placing your order. If you fail to pay these fees, the package will be returned to WESTAFF-BIJOUTERIE®, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.


8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Any cancellation requests made after shipment will follow our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Insurance

In the case of loss or damage to your package during shipping, our insurance covers the costs up to the amount declared by the carrier. Loss claims are accepted only upon confirmation from the postal service.

Process for Lost Packages

If we receive confirmation of a lost package from the carrier, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. We will either refund your order or offer a voucher of higher value than the original purchase amount.
