2. Return Process

3. Refund Process

If your package is lost or undelivered, please contact us within 30 days from the date of your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, and depending on the situation, we will offer a refund or a replacement.
7. Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are clearly marked on the product page.
